In our last circle for 2023, we take the beautiful act of creating a floral mandala as an exercise in looking introspectively on what brings us harmony and makes us feel the best versions of ourselves. We expand our knowledge on foods and practices that can balance us this winter, and we end our circle with a deeply calming sound bath.

Autumnal Yin

We had such a great session last month discovering the elements and energies associated with Fall and its impacts on us emotionally, physically and nutritionally. This month, we dive a little deeper and expand our knowledge on the elements, emotions and energy lines (Meridians) of Fall and the associated organs in the body.

Join us in cracking open a window on the fascinating world of TCM and enjoy a specially brewed herbal tea along with some nourishing Yin Yoga postures and of course, a deeply calming Sound Bath at the end.

After a little Summer reset, we are so excited to have our monthly Women's Circles back on the schedule. 

In these intentional gatherings, we hope to nurture a culture of friendship and support, empower self discovery and healing, and hold space for meaningful conversation. Our theme for this month is 'Monologue' and we have a very special workshop planned for you, along with a healing Sound Bath and breathwork meditation.
