Join us in in our next Women’s Circle at AyaFit as we continue to build an empowered and connected community.

We planted our seeds of intention at the beginning of the year. Now, as we move out of the gestation phase of winter, let’s tap back into our intuition, align back with our intentions and bloom into our most authentic selves. Through guided meditation, journaling and EFT, clear out the obstacles that have been impeding your ability to blossom and shine. 

Please bring writing materials and something comfortable to lie on (mat, blankets, cushions etc).
