“I have been doing personal training with Cheryl for the past six years and it has been nothing short of an incredible experience. The personalized nature of having her train me one-on-one means that I can get a programme tailored to fit me at the different stages of my life. Cheryl has worked with me through both my pregnancies where the focus was more on having a fit and safe pregnancy and then postnatally where we worked on pelvic floor strengthening and the diastasis recti. Each session is always varied and with her background in Pilates and yoga, I get to work on a bit of everything. The exercises are very well structured and pitched at the right intensity. She is not only excellent at the academic aspect of developing an effective training program, but also at ascertaining a training style and how best to psychologically motivate me. (Burpees, anyone?) Instructions are always clear with demonstrations. Form and technique is always emphasized upon. She just has such a good energy about her, and I really look forward to every one of our sessions.”
