As the year draws to a close, we take stock of all that keeps us feeling balanced and whole, and allows us to embrace the best versions of ourselves.

In our last circle for the year, we take the beautiful act of creating a floral mandala as an exercise in looking introspectively. We will explore the mandala and its attributes as a way to understand what brings us into harmony, and expand our knowledge on the foods, practices and movements that will balance and nourish us this Winter. And of course, we will have a deeply calming sound bath to conclude our final circle for 2023.
