Our experienced instructors Cheryl Lin and Amy Thai will guide you through hands-on aerial adjustments, proper alignment, and help you discover new possibilities within your practice.

In addition to the aerial aspect, the massage techniques you will learn target specific areas of tension, promoting relaxation, stress relief, and the release of any built-up muscular tightness. This workshop is suitable for individuals of all levels, from beginners to experienced aerialists and massage enthusiasts. No prior experience in either discipline is required. All equipment, including aerial hammocks, will be provided.
