Expect a terrific workout amongst the lush greens of Fort Canning Park and get the extra push and challenge you need. This class will be the perfect way to work on your functional fitness, strength and cardio endurance. It will combine running, lifting, pulling and pushing, climbing, crawling and jumping - the perfect combination to get you ready for your next race, hot your next goal or simply to feel fit and fantastic!
