Join Senior Pelvic Health Physiotherapist Karen Edwards Bsc (Hons) as she provides an insight to the physiology of the bladder and bowel, as well as post natal pelvic issues. Learn tips on how to engage the pelvic floor in daily activities as well as exercises to incorporate into any post natal fitness regime. 

Karen has been qualified for 17 years and has specialised in Obstetrics, Gynaecology, Urology and Pelvic Pain for the last 14 years. She has worked in the NHS and New Zealand, managing a Urology Physiotherapy department. She has also been actively involved with guideline development and research in Scotland with national standards of care for continence management. Karen has also managed her own obstetric physio clinic, where she conducted classes to help mums regain confidence, pelvic floor control and functional movement to embrace motherhood. She is passionate about all things pelvic floor and would love for every woman to be able to jump on a trampoline with the confidence that they will not leak.
